3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

SCENTIS reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inaccurate customer information.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, delivery addresses, and order information at checkout.

4. Pricing and Payments

All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.
